RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please read item descriptions thoroughly before purchasing. If you believe there to be an error in regards to your purchase, please contact us within the first 7 days upon receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org. We value our customers and will try our best to resolve any issues.
If you would like to return or exchange your order, please contact us within the first 7 days upon receiving your order at email@example.com. There will be a 20% restocking charge and your order must be unused and in the original packaging. Shipping charges will be at the expense of the customer.
Please note that all Wholesale/Resale orders are final sale.
Your item will be shipped to the address listed on your invoice.
Phone cases are shipped in 2-3 days.
Greeting cards are shipped within 1 week.
Prints are made to order and shipped in 2-3 weeks.
Please allow for a 5-7 day delivery window once your item(s) are marked shipped.
Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for packages delayed due to the postal carrier, inclement weather, natural disasters, holidays or customs delays. If you are concerned about package delivery time and or need your item for a specific date please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (All orders placed outside of the USA)
International orders will take longer and are estimated at a 2-4 week delivery window from our location.
You are required to pay any import taxes, duties, and/or brokerage fees imposed by your country when receiving your package.
Transit times may be extended due to delays in customs processing that are beyond our control.
